Abstrakt		With 15 millikon newly detected cases per year, tuberculosis still remains a great problem world-wide. Tunberculosis of the organs in the otorhinolaringology region is a rare condition, particularly in its isolated forms. In the years 1965-1994, 96 patients with tuberculosis in the otorhinolaringology region were admitted to the Department of Otorhinolaryngology and Cervicofacial Surgery. Of these, 21 patients had organic tuberculosis while 75 presented with tuberculosis of the lymph nodes. All our patients were treated with tuberculostatics in different combinations. The results are encouraging. Tuberculosis of the otorhinolaringology sites is still present, and therefore it should be taken into account in diagnosis as well as therapy.
Izvleček		Z več kot 15 milijoni nooodkritih primerov letno je tuberkuloza še vedno velik problem v svetu. V otorinolaringološkem področju je redka, predvsem v samostojni obliki. Na Kliniki za otorinolaringologijo in cervikofacialno kirurgijo v Ljubljani smo v letih 1965-1994 obravnali 96 bolnikov, 21 s tuberkulozo organov in 75 s tuberkulozo bezgavk. Vsi naši bolniki so bili zdravljeni s tuberkulostatiki v raznih kombinacijah in rezultati so bili več kot zadovoljujoči. Tuberkuloza v otorinolaringološkem področju je še vedno prisotna, zaradi tega moramo misliti na to pri diagnozi ter pri zdravljenju.
