Abstrakt		The problems of presenting toxicological expert work in the field of drugs and driving is presented as an example of toxicological expert opinion regarding a suspicion of driving a motor vehicle under the influence of cannabis. Certain problems of defining the condition of persons supposed to be under the influence of drugs and guidelines for collecting data are outlined. These are an important part of work of forensic experts in addition to toxicological analyses and the interpretation of results.
