Abstrakt		Granulomatous gastritis is a rare disease, usually associated with Crohn's disease, diseminated sarcoidosis and isolated granulomatous gastritis. Clinical symptoms are similar, with no regard to etiology. Typical histological feature is chronic granulomatous inflammation. The precise diagnosis of granulomatous gastritis is based on histological findings, associated with clinical history, patient's age and laboratory data. The author gives a review of granulomatous disorders of the stomach, with the emphasis on macroscopic and histopathologic picture, as well as incidence.
