Abstrakt		Non steroidal antifammatory drugs (NSA) are known among the most commonly prescribed group of drugs. They are associated with significant gastrointestinal toxicity. Erosive gastritis is the most common lesion seen in acute and chronic damage by NSA. Patients with NSA induced gastritis are often asymptomatic. Because of an increased incidence of NSA induced gastritis and other gastrointestinal complications the preventive and treatment of this injury is of utmost importance.
