Abstrakt		Organization structure revival of hospital dictated by the need for business rationalization is a demaning and complex task of hospital leadership. Further rationalization is planned by improving the organization in the sense of rationalization of space and business processes. The vision of hospital is clear and anticipates such an organization structure which will be able to adapt to market conditions, ensure quality services in the frame of agreed health care programme, provide health services above standard and carry the title of a "kind hospital". The plan of a spatial arrangement of departments and services, the move of individual departments and the achievement of rationalization and functional use of all the resources (spaces, staff, equipment) and the improvement of services quality for patients are the aims of the project. In the first part of the project a short presentation of the General Hospital of Novo Mesto is outlined, the survey of present state of spatial arrangement is given and indicated the analuysis of fixed and variable costs per department and the guidelines for a new organization of hospital. In the second part a programme of activities and procedures for the realization of project aims with the use of project approach and with the support of software tool Super Project is performed. Main carriers have been appointed and terms for the project execution have been fixed.
