Abstrakt		The article dea/s with drugs prescribing policy in general practice by using medication list. Medication list is a part of problem oriented medical record. Data on long term medication and other treatments of the patient are in this sheet. This provides physician with better overview on his prescribing practices. The form Medication list is used interactively with other forms of problem oriented medical record thus providing completeness of information on patienYs management. The form Medication list is introduced as a part of new medical record. The concept of new medical folder was developed by the task force under the terms of reference of Expanded collegium for general practice and provides opportunity for easy transformation to computerised medical record. The methodology of problem oriented medical record keeping with emphasise on Medication list is dealt briefly. The quality se/f evaluation of the drug prescription in the practice is underpinned.
