Abstrakt		This report concerns an attempted suicide who was still capable of walking twenty hours after inflicting shot wounds to the head. During a hospital examination the entry wounds in the mouth could not be detected. After two days of feeling well, the injured man died in hospital from the consequences of brain damage.
