| Abstrakt | The results of serological control of IBR/IPV infection to cattle in Slovenia in 1994 are introduced. All cattle in insemination centres in breeding centres of young bulls are free IBR/IPV infection. On the basis of epizootiological situation in bull-mother heards the rule was accepted, that only young bulls from IBR/IPV free heards can go to breeding centres. The ELISA test for detection of IBR/IPV antibodies in milk samples is aternative to methods for detection there in blood samples. In this paper is introduced the detection of specific antibody in milk and sera samples to 835 cows. The high correlation between results serological examinations of milk and sera samples was introduced. | |
