Abstrakt		The authors describe a patient with multiple hereditary exostoses - attacked metaphysis of the hollow bones, clinical signs of a polyneuropathia and status after operation of an adenolymphom at the left glandula parotis. Discussed were diagnostic treatments with accentuation on the early diagnosis of the malign alterations of the exostoses. A special significance they attached to the role of the bone scintigraphy, sonography, computertomography and the magnetic-resonance tomography. There were complications discussed, arising from the pressure of the exostoses onto the surrounding soft tissue, especially on the nerve structures.
