Abstrakt		47,XXXY Klinefelter syndrome was found in 17% (8/46) of azoospermic patients admited to our department. In testicular aspirates of 6 Klinefelter individuals there was no spermatozoa, and DNA flow cytometry showed the maturation arrest of spermatids to spermatozoa. In two of these patients the DNA histogram was abnormal, which could be explained by abnormal packing of chromatin and high proportion of dead germ cells.
