Abstrakt		Huntington's disease (HD) is a neurodegenerative disorder that follows autosomal dominant inheritance pattern. Recently discovery of the molecular mechanism responsible for Huntington's disease provides the means for specific diagnosis for symptomatic patients as well as for their relatives at risk.
