Abstrakt		Physical injury expertise in criminal procedures often raises questions and issues appearing in judical practice which demand legal and medical expertise. In his article, the author attempts to answer certain questions regarding the appointment of medical experts, personal data protection, the selection of an expert, and also points aout certain problems regarding medical documentation and the content and finality of expert opinions.
