Abstrakt		This article deals with certain particularities which appear in the work of a physician or dentist when issuing medical certificates, certain inadequacies occurring in this, as well as certain ambiguities which remain insufficiently regulated in the related standards and regulations. There is also a very short presentation of our opinion on the "Physical injury notification" forms.
