Abstrakt		A 46-year old male was admitted due to extensive acute myocardial infarction of inferior, posterior, lateral wall and right ventricle. Aspirin and thrombolysis did not restore right coronary artery patency. Moreover, upper GIT bleeding from a venectasy at gastroesophageal junction evolved. Rescue percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty of the right coronary artery was immediately performed and followed by gastroscopy and sclerotherapy of a bleeding vessel. The patient survived and was discharged from the hospital on day 15.
