Abstrakt		Ultrasound scans were performed on each of 6916 newborns on days 1, 2, 3, or 4 of extrauterine life in order to investigate renal and adrenal pathology. During our screening 8 cases of adrenal haemorrhage and 3 cases of adrenal tumour have been recognised by ultrasound. Ultrasound diagnostic method improves the quality of neonatal care and is an ideal method to diagnose and follow-up of neonatal adrenal haemorrhage and adrenal neuroblastoma.
