Abstrakt		The article deals with the first record (subspontaneous) of the species mimulus guttatus in Slovenia, morphological characters of the species, and the ecology of its habitat. Key for determination of Mimulus species in Slovenia is also presented. M. guttatus was found on a small island in the Drava River near the village of Spodnja Vižinga at Radlje ob Dravi in 1988 (9357/4 - UTM WM 16). Together with the mentioned some other rare species were recorded on the same locality: Glyceria striata (Lam.) A.S. Hitche., Leerisa oryzoides (L.) Sw., Peucedanum palustre (L.) Moench., Schoenoplectus tabernaemontani (C.C. Gmelin) Palla, Rumex x heterophyllus C.F. Schultz, etc.
Izvleček		Prispevek obravnava prvo (subspontano) pojavljanje severnoameriške vrste Mimulus guttatus v Sloveniji, morfološke značilnosti te vrste in ekologijo rastišča. Dodan je določevalni ključ za vrste tega rodu v Sloveniji. Vrsta je bila najdena leta 1988 na otoku reke Drave v bližini naselja Spodnja Vižinja pri Radljah ob Dravi (9357/4 - UTM WM 16). Na istem nahajališču je uspevalo še nekaj redkih močvirskihrastlin: Glyceria striata (Lam.) A. S. Hitchc,. Leersia oryzoides (L.) Sw., Peucedanum palustre (L.) Moench., Schoenoplectus tabernaemontani (C.C. Gmelin) Palla, Rumex x heterophyllus C.F. Schultz idr.
