Abstrakt		At the moment the old legal acts concerning the animal infectious diseases control are in power in Slovenia. However the old acts will soon be replaced by the new ones. There is a relatively favourable animal health situation, which is a result of relatively strict import restrictions and strict quarantine measures. The diagnostic tests and vaccinations are carried out annually with regard to the current epidemiological situation in the state. These measures have also very favourable effects.
