| Abstrakt | The paper deals with a special handpiece for root-canal therapy that permits helicoid movement of the endodontic instrument. The main advantages of this handpiece are firm fixation of the endodontic instrument and easier access to the root canal, allowing efficient depridement of the canal wall. The handpiece is a useful tool for root-canal therapy, but it cannot replace the manual technique. | |
