Abstrakt		For hypertensive patients the pregnancy is risky both for the mother and for the child. The interruption of pregnancy being the only causal therapy for hypertensive pregnant women, the pregnancy ought to be under strict observation. The managing of pregnancy and delivery depends on the degree and form of preeclampsia.
Izvleček		Za bolnice s hipertenzijo je nosečnost tvegana tako za mater kot za plod. Ker je prekinitev nosečnosti edina vzročna terapija za bolnice s hipertenzijo v nosečnosti, je potrebno nosečnost še posebej pozorno nadzorovati. Glede na stopnjo in oblike preklampsije se odločamo za način vodenja nosečnosti in poroda.
