Abstrakt		Because of the constant change in technology many applications in a clinical information system are overrun by new methods within a few years or even faster. New medical standards, new organizational standards and new legislation are the main reasons for these changes. To provide an up-to-date support to medical and other staff a computing center has to develop methods to change existing information systems within reasonable time. Using intranet technologies can help to facilitate change and change management. The time needed for implementation can be brought down to a minimum. This paper describes the idea how to implement an intranet system as well as the status of such an implementation at the university clinics in Munich, Germany.
