Abstrakt		Autonomic functions of eight subjects with non obstructive uro-genital disorders were studied. Different combinations of sympathetic and parasmpathetic derangement were found in patients that later revealed Pure Autonomic Failure (PAF) or Multiple System Atrophy (MSA). The data are consistent with clinical impression that bladdr dysfunction antedate the vasomotor failure.
