Abstrakt		The article describes the knowledge, skill and practice used by the family physician at patients with bladder carcinoma. Early diagnostic procedure, medical care and treatment after the discharge from the hospital, control examination and care at terminal stadium of the disease are discussed. The author favoures the family accession to the most convenient choice of the home help and the way of living which maintain the level of the rehabilitation and quality of life.
