Abstrakt		With development of different enourological techniques in eighties the endopieloureterotomy has become an important procedure in treatment of both primary and secondary pyeloureteric junction stenosis. On our department we began with performing the percutaneus endopieloureterotomy in 1987. Since december 1996 we treated with this method 24 patients. In 9 cases stenosis was primary, in 13 patients secondary, in 2 cases stenosis recurred and was also treated endoscopically. In all procedures we used the modificated "Korth's" endostent and removed it after 6 weeks. Stenosis recurred in 8% of our cases.
