Abstrakt		The paper discusses problems of learning and improving human skill in controlling dynamic systems and the possibilities of Artificial Intelligence methods in solving these problems. It is difficult to describe human skill since it is subconscious to a certain extent. Consequently, it is also difficult for subjects that want to improve their skill to use experience gathered by their collegues. Appropriate advice can be given after careful analysis of control strategies developed by different subjects. Visualisations of strategies as well as Machine Learning programs have proved to be useful in this kind of analysis.
