Abstrakt		From 1994 to 1997 warious diagnostic for laboratory diagnosis of leptospirosis were conducted. Comparisson of serological results in microagglutination test and detection of leptospires in tissues and fluid of sesropositive or susceptable farm and laboratory animals in biological experiment was made. The rate 30-40% of successful isolation from clinical material was established. The results of direct bacteriological cultivation of leptsospires from the material of infected in biological experiment were better. The dependence on the time of sampling and the species of experimental animal for successful isolation was established.
