Abstrakt		The shoulder is anatomically and functionally a very complex and heterogeneous joint, therefore it is most convenient to present the Cyriax method. Cyriax is a diagnostic and therapeutic method for treating leisure's of the soft parts of the motional apparatus. The first part of the article is a presentation of the basic rules of diagnostics, anamnesis and clinical tests according to the Cyriax method. The second part of the article is an introduction of the therapy techniques on concrete examples. The purpose of the article is to show the applications of the possibilities of the Cyriax method at our work.
