Abstrakt		Impingment syndrom in the sportsman shoulder is clinical expressed with pain and low range of motion of shoulder. Friction and restriction are caused by motion of structures during the movement particulary at flexion and rotation of shoulder. In the text, the authors are dealing with source, causes and by above all rehabilitation of Impingment syndrom in the sportsman shoulder.
