Abstrakt		Fractures in naso-orbito (fronto)- ethmoidal region are extremely common with facial bone injuries. The correct reconstruction of medial canthal ligament is necessary for successful management of these injuries. With respect to the extent of canthal ligament involvement the authors divide injuries of this region in three types, and this division rests on the extent of surgical reconstruction needed. Those injuries are often coupled with frontal sinus fractures. The correct management of frontal sinus injuries lowers the incident of late complications. We wish to show you 47 patients that were admitted and managed in the last 31 months in ENT Dept., Teaching Hospital Maribor.
