Abstrakt		Adverse drug reactions on the skin are classified as allergic, pseudoallergic reactions, drug intolerance and toxic drug reactions. THe pathogenetic mechanisms and the clinical picture of the more important adverse drug reactions on the skin are given. In the diagnostics, the importance of a detailed case history is emphasised. The possibilities of skin tests, invitro tests and provocation tests are described. The principal therapeutic measure is the prompt discontinuation of the incriminated medication.
Izvleček		Prikazanje je delitev preobčutljivostnih rakcij kože na zdravila na alergijske, psevdoalergijske, intolerančne in toksične. Opisani so patogenetski mehanizmi in klinična slika pomembnejših preobčutljivostnih reakcij na koži. V diagnostiki je posebej poudarjen pomen podrobne anamneze, opisana je možnost kožnih, laboratorijskih in provokacijskih testov. V zdravljenju je ključna takojšnja ukinitev sumljivega zdravila.
