Abstrakt		The principles and the corresponding protocol for evaluation of the status of the hip, including clinical and radiographic aspects are presented. The included data enable determination of the values of different standard hip scores such as Larson hip score, Harris hip score, Merle d'Aubigne and Postel hip score and kavanagh hip score. In order to unify the hip evaluation and enable comparison between different analyses, this protocol is recommended by "Societe Internationale de Chirurgie Orthopedique et de Traumatologie" (SICOT) and "The American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons". We discus the possibility of comparison between the clinical and radiographic status of the hip and the biomechanical status of the hip.
Izvleček		Predstavljena so temeljna načela za ocenjevanje statusa kolka in ustrezen protokol, ki vključuje klinično in rentgenološko oceno. Podatki, ki jih vrednotimo v protokolu, omogočajo določanje vrednosti več različnih že uveljavljenih testov, kot so na primer Lrsonov test, Harrisov test, Merle d'Aubigne in Postelov test ter Kavanaghov test. Zaradi poenotenja načina ocenjevanja in primerjave med študijami različnih avtorjev so organizacije "Hip Society", "Societe Internationale de Chirurgie Orthopedique et de Traumatologie" (SICOT) in "The American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons" priporočile ta protokol za primerjavo različnih tipov zdravljenja patologije kolka. Diskutiramo tudi o možnosti primerjave kliničnega in rentgenološkega statusa z biomehanskim.
