Abstrakt     Importance of intravenous fluid therapy is emphesised, so as sort of intravenous fluid, warming and amount of the administration. The most common clinical sign of trauma patient is low blood pressure as the consequence of haemorrhage. So it is very inportant for advanced treatment and out come to restore the blood volume. There are several devices for efficient intravenous fluid therapy. Which kind of intravenous fluid should be used depends on severity of injuries and on coexistent systemic disease. Fluids have to be warmed. Infusion of fluids at room temperature make the patienthypothermic.
