Abstrakt		The practicalexample, shown in the review, indicates the meaning, of chain survival. The transmited information by the witnesses was wrong, therefore only an ambulance with a driver and without medical help was sent to the place of accident. The patient was exposed to no or less possibilities of survival, because of badly estimated situation and rendering, of first aid didn/t take place. Closer analysis of the accident stated importance of the first two parts ofchain survival, the activation of urgent medical and the beginning of resuscitation.
