Abstrakt		The project deals with use of time for each work in the outpatient's department. The author marked the work by the sounds of the calculator that occur in intervals chosen by chance. He mark the work, he was doing at the certain sound, a thousand times on preparing list in thirty-seven days. On the base of number of registrated signals at each work, he found out, how much working time he uses for administrative work (42,3%). This is more than for an examination (12,8%) and talking to patient (25,2%) together. Almost a quarter of surgery hours he doesn't deal with patients because of other work. The most times he has to go to visit his patients at home. Extensive administrative work makes the row in the waiting room longer and limits doctor's work with the patients, so the author is going to try hard for some changes in administrative work. Above all he's going to try to lead medical cards in a different way and he's going to do some administrative work out of surgery hours. He's also going to try to do some work, that is not connected with patients, out of surgery hours.
