Abstrakt		Efficient health care process requires constant organizational, professional and ethical advancement. Educational system has to adapt accordingly. The knowledge, which graduated occupational therapists acquired during their studies, should be put into practice logically, profesionally and efficiently. Solving ethicalproblems is an essential part of an occupational therapst's daily work routine. Standards like respect for others' and one's own individuality, chivalrous conduct to others are the moral foundation and general quideline of confidence for any occupational therapist. But there also exists a specific degree of confidence pertaining to a particular context of an inmate - occupational therapist relationship.
