Abstrakt		I tried to describe the biomechanical approach to a patient's treatment. I defined the aims, which are achievable with the use of the described approach and indicated the ways of reaching these goals. These aims of approaching are: improving the function with the influence on an increased range of movement, an in increased muscle tolerance and capability. The aims are appointed in relaton with the assessment and exposure of problems. A biomechanical method of assessment is used and it consists of the assessment of a loco-motorical system (motorics, sensibility, functional assessment) and the analysis of intentional therapeutic activities on the other hand.
