Abstrakt		The psychodinamic and the humanistic frame are two theoretical frames which foundation can be found in philosophy and psychology. They take into account and base on an individual's personality and characteristics deriving from personality. Knowing the patient well as a whole enables an occupational therapist to select problems and prioritise therapeutic approaches, which he/she would use. These two frames are usually neglected and overpassed in practical work. Occupational therapists should use this report as a support and encouragement for a better quality of a patient's rehabilitation and a quicker way to reach therapeutic goals.
