Abstrakt		In the paper the author tries to present and emphasize the role and the meaning of the documentation in occupational therapy. In the first part she presents some theoretical implications, prsented in recent occupational therapy literature, that support documenting of plans, contents and results of occupational therapy. In the second part the author presents the results and findings of a questionaire that was answered by 62% of registered Slovene occupational therapists. These information and results should present the starting point for reflection and discussion on the matter of documenting occupational therapy.
