Abstrakt		In the article the authors the secrets which are needed to be found if we want succeed in a team work. In the contemporary medicine and also in rehabilitation it is important that the patient respectively the ward is not only the object of the team work. The patients has to become the active co-worker of the team, which occupies with his health problems and which aim is recovering or reaching the highest possible level of independence. The aims, which are defined at the team work, have to be realistic, pozitive adjusted, understandable and acceptable to all members of the team.
