Abstrakt		The developement and early beginnings of Occupational Therapy started inpsychiatric hospitals. Soon has been found out that man fells better if he is occupied with creative work if the work is interested enough that it pull a man out of his inner nevrotic thought cyrcles. I tried to find out what is currative in certain creative therapevtic activity and what pulls a man out from his constricted perception of reality and feelings of aneasyness that accompanies man in life distress.I am trying to apply my conclusions in therapy work with people who in different ways retrait themselves in passiveness because of their bad life experiences - psychosomatic diseases, nevrosis, different addictions or other ways of escape before self.
