Abstrakt		In the contribution the autor is describing a relationship between a mentor - physiotherapist and her (his) probationer. The focus is laid on the importance of a qualitative, creative relationship between the two and therefore on guiding and thus forming a probationer to have a professional approach to psychotherapeutic practice. The article includes the questionnaire showing how the probation has been accomplished in the Slovene physiotheapy in recent years. The autor is suggesting what the relationship between a mentor and a probationer shouls be in the failure.
