Abstrakt		The entiology of urinary tract infections and the antibiotic susceptibility of urinary patogens have been changing over the past years, both in community and hospital acquired infections. Resistant urinary pathogens are widerspread all over the world, yet their share differs according to the different areas. It is very important that we continue to control the antimicrobial resistance among urinary pathogens in domestic environment. This is the only way to make good clinical guidelines on antibiotic treatment of urinary infections.
