Abstrakt		The effects of various features of technological subsystems on different aspects of cooperation and collaborative work in groups are considered in the paper. Medical Collaboratory, which represents implementation of a distributed computer supported shared working environment for long distance collaboration, is presented and its principal components are briefly described.
