Abstrakt | A common misconception surroundings exercise is that any form of exercise is good for you. Most people seem to believe that if you take part in any fitness activity or perform any type of exercise, you will automatically improve your health and well-being. But that it not so. In order to be safe and effective, each and every activity or exercise that you include in an exercise program should be done for a specific reason. Does physical exercise actually reverse the natural aging process? Scientists say no, that would be an overstatement. But the researchers have amassed abundant evidence that exercise aids in weight control, increases strenght and endurance, enhances flexibility, and reduces the risk of heart disease and other hearth disorders. In other words, exercise fights the very things most of us would like to erase about aging: weight gain, loss of stamina, stiffness, and medical problems. | |
