Abstrakt		INSPEAR is an international network composed of 110 individual centers and 3 networks. It was founded by CDC in Atlanta. The basic purpose is to help to coordinate international scientific and public health response to emerging specific types of antimicrobial resistance stated in an individual center that is a hospital and its bacteriological laboratory in time. To monitor global sentinel events of antimicrobial resistance INSPEAR offers to microbiological centers and to epidemiologists professional suport, new software and internet connection by list server.
