Abstrakt		Atrial fibrillation (AFi) is important prognostic factor in acute myocardial infarction (AMI). 67- years old female with AMI of the inferior wall, left side decompensation and acute AFi was treated with primary angioplasty. After left circumflex coronary artery was opened AFi converted to sinus rhythm. AFi in AMI of inferior wall indicates impairment of blood flow through at least two coronary arteries.
