Abstrakt		Symptoms of hypoglycemia are divided in two groups: symptoms of adrenergic system activation and neuroglycopenic symptoms. 54 years old man was admitted to hospital because of bradycardia and acute con- fusional state. Despite hypoglycemia there was an absence of symptoms of excessive epinephrine secretion. After symptomatic therapy normocardia and normoglycemia were established. In diagnostic procedure we discovered insulinoma in the head of the pancreas.
