Abstrakt		The case report deals with a myocardial bridging that was not present during acute anterior myocardial infarction and after successful emergency coronary angioplasty. Myocardial bridging angiographically and clinically appeared ten months after coronary angioplasty was carried out. Appearance of mycoardial bridging ten months after coronary angioplasty is the result of significant improvement of global and regional (nearly normal) left ventricular function after recovery of myocardial function. The absence of myocardial bridging during acute myocrdial infarction and immediately after coronary angioplasty is the result of significant deterioration of left regional left ventricular function (akinesia).
