Abstrakt		Patella fractures represent 1.5 % of all fractures admitted to traumatological department in 2-year period. The present study retrospectively analysed various treatments of patella fractures after different injuries and late results of folow-up knee flexion. Nondisplaced transversal and comminutive fractures were treated mostly nonoperatively while others were operated. In the majority of cases we performed an emergency surgery. Overall there are satisfactory results after patella fracture treatment.
