Abstrakt | During a short period of time, deciduous teeth pass through three stages of development, which affect the course of root canal therapy. The most important characteristics in the initial phase are a flaring apical foramen and thin walls of the developing root. In the second phase, the root is fully developed and the tooth displays all anatomical features of deciduous teeth. In the final phase, root resorption results in various anatomical changes that are often difficult to identifity. | |
