Abstrakt     25 patients of different age (1-60) and sex with medical diagnosis celiac disease were treated with hypercaloric and hyperproteinic diet for nine months. Constant growth of body weight (2,3-4.7 kg) and, in case of 15 children aged 1-18, body height (2,9-10,2 cm) was noted. At the end of nine months period were the values for erythrocytes, hemoglobin, hematocrit, potassium, calcium, iron and serum proteins normal, except in ten female patients aged 46-60 where was the level of calcium lower (1,76-2,0 mM). SLO-made products, biologically enriched according to the patients condition, were used and they equivalently exchanged foreign products. The food prepared after hospilal recipes was also used.
